The hotel is beautifully located in a well-maintained area with plenty of activities like cycling and spa treatments. The staff were friendly and recommended a great horse riding experience nearby.
Breakfast items could have been more diverse.

We had a very pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, surrounded by a beautiful forest and with an underground tunnel leading to the spa area. The hotel is right in front of a stunning palace and there is also an outdoor area equipped with sun loungers. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. We were also impressed with the variety of amenities provided in the rooms, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a terrace. The staff was really polite and made loads of effort to accommodate us in a positive manner.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the spa area through an underground tunnel. the outdoor area equipped with sun loungers is perfect for relaxation, and there are plenty of local attractions nearby. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and come with free bottled water and a coffee/tea corner. the breakfast buffet has plenty of options, including veggie and non-veggie dishes, and the staff is professional and polite.
The indoor kids' room needs some improvement with some broken toys, but the outdoor area more than makes up for it.

The hotel we stayed at was such an amazing experience. The breathtaking view from our room was phenomenal, offering us an unforgettable romantic escape. We really enjoyed the friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic, giving us the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. the delicious breakfast buffet and mouth-watering dinner menu offered a wide range of options.
Some aspects of our stay could have been better. Despite the location being perfect for our romantic escape, the room we booked had no air conditioning which was uncomfortable during the night.
